Major residential household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges and dishwashers.
Q. Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we offer a full 30 day warranty on all full repairs we service from the day of the finished repair. If at any time during the warranty period you experience the SAME problem with the SAME appliance originating from the SAME source as previously serviced you can contact us and we will schedule a follow up visit with one of our technicians to visit and re examine the problem. Some repairs qualify for an optional extended warranty but only on a case by case basis. Inquire within.
Q. Why do you need my credit card to book an appointment?
A credit card is required to secure the appointment on the schedule. Your credit card will not be charged until after your initial diagnostic service visit is completed. You can also change the payment method at the time of the appointment to any form that we accept (Credit Card, C.O.D., NO checks accepted). If you choose to cancel your appointment you will have UP TO 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to do so. You may reschedule at any time.

Q. How long are your appointment windows?
Typically 2 hours. Although we would like to keep our appointment times to a minimum to respect your time and schedule, there will be times where we will need to adjust it slightly longer to accommodate all of our clients fairly.
Q. When I am assigned an appointment window, 1-3pm for example, does that mean my appliance will be repaired within that time frame?
No. When you are assigned an appointment window that represents the time frame in which our technician is scheduled to arrive at your house to begin the diagnosis of your appliance.
Q. When I am assigned an appointment will my appliance be repaired on the same day?
That all depends on the complexity of the problem. Although some jobs are easily diagnosable and repairable on the same initial visit, there are other jobs that are a bit more involved which may require follow up visit(s).
Q. Do your service vehicles carry all necessary parts to complete each and every job?
No. Our vehicles are equipped with the right tools for the right job. We believe it is unprofessional to ask customers to borrow tools that we may need to complete a job. Although our parts inventory on board is quite minimal, most parts we need can be acquired within 1-3 business days.
Q. At the time that I book my appointment can I ask for a call or text from the technician before they actually arrive?
Yes. ABSOLUTELY !! We will be more than happy to have the technician call or text you just before they arrive at your house. We only ask you to please be present at the time they actually arrive to your home. Please do not be elsewhere at the time you get your call hoping to get back home in time to meet the technician at the door. They cannot wait for you to arrive if nobody is home when they get there. If you know you will not be able to honor your appointment, please call and reschedule.
Q. If I, personally, cannot be present at the appointment that I commit to, can I have someone else in my place to be present during that appointment?
Yes, absolutely. We only ask that they be someone who is over 18 years of age and able to act as an authorized agent on your behalf (in case we need a signature for the work order).

No. The service we provide is residential appliance repair. That service is made up of an initial diagnosis based on OUR experts determining the problem, parts, labor and a 30 day warranty with every completed job. It is sold as a complete package deal. Some jobs require labor only while others require both parts and labor. We are not in the business of selling parts only. We do NOT install parts which you provide.
Q. I already had service previously by your technician who came by to fix the problem. However, The same problem from the same appliance has come up again. The original repair is still under the 30 day warranty period. When can I get a technician to come out again to reexamine the same problem from the same appliance?
If the SAME PROBLEM persists from the SAME appliance during the 30 day warranty period your warranty period freezes from the day you call us to let us know. Your case will then be placed in a Que with other clients. We will re visit the issue in the order it was recieved.

The original repair is still under the 30 day warranty period. When can I get a technician to come out again to reexamine the same problem from the same appliance?
(SAME AS previous question except ) Upon our scheduled re visit if we determine that the same problem occured but we determine it was caused by a different component(s) and the two problems are not related this will cause the revisit to transition to a standard service call at which point you will be charged a service fee for the visit.

If a DIFFERENT problem from the SAME APPLIANCE appears we can schedule a standard service call but you will be charged a service fee for the visit since the new problem is different and separate from the original problem.
